It is indicative, may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and can change at any time without notice.
Prices are estimates, not offers
Any price or “from” price shown is an estimate for guidance only. It is not a quote, offer or contract and creates no obligation on Your House and Land or any builder. A final price can only be confirmed in a written builder contract and depends on — among other things — the specific block and its site conditions, engineering and soil classification, estate and developer requirements, builder approval, current pricing and availability, your selections, and finance approval.
Land, titles and fixed pricing
Where land is not yet titled, or titles are pending, a fixed package price may not be reasonable or possible to lock in. Land availability, pricing, title timing and developer conditions can change without notice and may affect or prevent a fixed price.
Images and plans
Photographs, renders, floor plans and diagrams are illustrative only and may differ from the finished home or the actual block. Facades, finishes, inclusions and dimensions vary by builder, estate and contract.
Our role
Your House and Land, a trading name of Fairweather Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 88 690 917 223), is an independent Builder Broker. We help match buyers with a builder and a block and present indicative package information. We are not the builder and do not carry out construction; any building contract is between you and the builder you choose. Builders remunerate us for introductions in lieu of their own sales and marketing, which is why our service is at no direct cost to you.
Engagement and deposits
If you engage us to help design a home or secure land, a deposit and a letter of engagement may be required. Where you proceed to build with a builder introduced by Your House and Land, your deposit is credited toward your build. Full deposit terms are set out in your letter of engagement.
Finance
Any finance or “do I qualify” information is general only and is not financial, credit or tax advice. Finance is handled by accredited third-party finance brokers, who will contact you to discuss your circumstances. Making an enquiry does not affect your credit file.
No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your House and Land accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any information on this website. Please make your own enquiries and obtain independent legal, financial and building advice before making any decision or entering any contract. Nothing here excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
