Estates
House and land packages in Trinity, Alkimos.
Trinity is one of two estates we list in Alkimos, on the coast in Perth’s far north. It is the estate with the Coles in it, which in a growing suburb matters more than it sounds. Below is every Trinity lot in our system, matched to the home designs that actually fit each block, with the complete package price on every combination.

Living in Trinity, Alkimos
Alkimos is in the City of Wanneroo, on the coast north of Joondalup. The suburb has four primary schools — Alkimos, Alkimos Beach, Shorehaven and the K–12 St James Anglican School — plus Alkimos College for Years 7 to 12, which opened in 2020. Alkimos station opened on 14 July 2024 on the Yanchep line, with 615 park-and-ride bays and a bus interchange, and the Mitchell Freeway was extended into the southern end of the suburb in 2023. Retail is the one thing still catching up: there is an IGA at Alkimos Beach and a Coles in Trinity, but the Alkimos Central town centre is still under construction, with its first stage expected in 2027.
Trinity questions, answered
Are the lots at Trinity titled? Each lot card above shows its current status. Titled lots can start construction as soon as your build contract and finance are in place; untitled lots have a developer titling estimate we will talk you through.
What is actually in the price against each lot? The home price, the developer’s published land price, and site works — the base, the soil-class engineering add-on, BAL where a rating applies, noise treatment where it applies, and coastal. Most listings quote land and home and let the site costs turn up at contract. We do it the other way round. Where a noise treatment figure appears it is a provisional sum, not a fixed price.
How is Trinity different from Shorehaven? They are two separate estates in the same suburb, with different developers, different releases and different blocks. Trinity sits inland of Marmion Avenue with the Coles and Alkimos College close by; Shorehaven runs closer to the beach. If you want to see both together, the Alkimos suburb page carries the lot.
Is Alkimos good for first home buyers? Support stacks up on several levels: the First Home Owner Grant, stamp duty exemptions or concessions, the Help to Buy shared-equity scheme (open to more than just first-timers), Keystart’s low-deposit lending, and the Federal Government’s 5% deposit guarantee that lets you skip lenders mortgage insurance. We work out which of these apply as part of pricing your package.
